How we cook

Always made fresh with love.

Steaks get pounded and breaded by hand. Burgers get pattied fresh each morning and pressed on a griddle that's been seasoned longer than most of the trucks in the lot. Potatoes are peeled here, okra is cut here, gravy is scraped up out of the same pan the meat came out of.
